Tall glass walls frame the main pool at Skamnos, so you swim lengths with pine trees and the Parnassos mountainside just outside. It's an indoor saltwater pool, heated and open all year, under a white timber roof, with lane lines on the tiles, a shallow end and loungers along the windows. A second indoor pool sits alongside.
Skylights in a pitched white timber roof throw squares of sunlight onto the water at Santa Marina, and stone walls and wood-framed windows run around the pool hall. The pool itself is large, indoors, heated and open all year, with a view out and loungers set against the stone.
Blue mosaic in a chequerboard pattern covers the floor of Ellinon Thea's indoor pool, with a dolphin picked out in tiles and gently curving steps down into the shallow end. White curtains soften the walls, loungers line the edge, and a separate plunge pool sits alongside. It's right in Arachova village, open all year and free to use.
Floor-to-ceiling windows run down one side of Anemolia's pool hall, so the Delphi valley is right there while you swim. The pool is indoors and open all year, heated to around 27°C from late October to May, set under a timber-beamed ceiling between stone-clad pillars, with a shallow end and loungers lined up along the glass.
Inside Aegli's spa, a mosaic-tiled indoor pool runs along a wall of glass, and from the water you look out over the hillside and the houses of Arachova. It's an infinity pool, edged with Greek-key bands, lit blue after dark, with lanterns along the side and loungers at the far end.
